HOW TO BOOK?!
          * YOU MAY BOOK ANY STYLIST AVAILABLE AT YOUR DESIRED TIME AND DATE. 
          * PLEASE NOTE: EMMA IS NOT TAKING APPOINTMENTS
          * IF STYLIST 1 IS NOT AVAILABLE , GO BACK AND SELECT STYLIST 2 OR 3, 4, 5 .....

We service ladies only
***BOOKING-  we require a non-refundable deposit for all new and returning clients. Please note that our online deposits are non-refundable and the balance should be made in cash only.

***CANCELLATION- appointment must be canceled 72 hours in advance to be able to use the deposit within a month. 

***RESCHEDULING- all clients are allowed to reschedule once within a month./ not applicable for late cancellation(less than 72hours)

***NOTE: We do provide the braiding hair (expression/ premium) in color 1B ; 613 ; 4 ; 27 ; 30 ; 613/27  
   Human Hair  available for purchase
   Hair must be washed and well blow dried before service.

***keep in mind there could be a wait time before you are serviced, time to prepare your extensions.
 

For any delay or no show, please contact the salon before the time of your appointment. A service charge (20% of remaining balance) will be applied for anyone who does not show up to their appointment time without prior notification of at lease 30 min; and service will be cancelled after 30 min of the start time.

***Refund We do not issue refunds on services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two business days of or from your service day. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return within two business days after your service date to the salon for your hair to be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction. There will be no refund or adjustment if no show under any circumstances within two business days.

Your hair must be 4 inches long in order to braid properly( fees may apply if hair is shorter)

Hair must be washed and blown out before your appointment.

Note that all timing are based on regular length. The more your braids are long the longer it will take.
